All Day I Dream About Seltzer Hard Seltzer w/ Watermelon/Lavender/Rose – 6.3% (Yes its Gluten Free) Yeah, we are just grown up kids. If you have seen Dante dropping off kegs, you should know two things. He basically only wears adidas and buys a LOT of hard seltzer (how else do you keep such a fine PHYSIQUE?!). While he is dropping off kegs, he is day-dreaming about crushing that crispy carbonated fruit water. SO, alcohol meet water, fruit meet carbonation. Everybody play nice. Smashing this light hard-seltzer base with Watermelon pulp for that fresh-pressed watermelon juice flavor, followed by a watermelon candy-like aroma, all rounded out by a light floral note reminiscent of driving through Sequim lavender fields.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Licorice and Cinnamon Bark The Rusty Nail begins life as The First Nail, an oatmeal stout of epic proportions with brewer’s licorice, smoked barley, and pale malt and is then aged on cinnamon bark. She becomes The Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12 year old bourbon barrels. The Rusty Nail pounds your palate, challenges your perception of all that you’ve known of beer, and leaves you wanting … another sip. “A fine beer may be judged by one sip, but it’s better to be thoroughly sure.” – VWP. Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Midnight Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, and Smoked malts with Magnum and US Golding hops, and brewer’s licorice and cassia cinnamon chips. Color: Dark, opaque black Aroma: Heavy sweet aromatics in the form of toffee, brown sugar, chocolate, and caramel alongside cinnamon and licorice/anise, and woody aromas Flavor: Intensely sweet and gently bitter with moderate lingering sweetness and light umami in a thick and spicy, mouth warming body

Finnriver Farm & Cidery

Pome & Stone

Our Pome & Stone sour cider is a blend of ciders fermented in barrels and steel tanks and then combined and finished in a ‘Lambic’ style. Historically, a fermented sour beer, called ‘gueuze,’ is fruited with the brewer’s choice of fresh fruit. This fruit ferments on top of the brew and adds a fresh and sharp fruit profile to the nose and the palate. At Finnriver, we added a heap Tonnemaker Farms whole organic stone fruits to a blended tank of soured cider (our gueuze) and let the resident yeast/bacteria finish their life on ripe fruit goodness. Gently carbonated to let the funk shine through and pasteurized to hold the sweetness. Fermented with three strains of Brettanomyces yeast, then soured with Pediococcus and Lactobacillus, the blend was gently oaked and completed with a lambic style, fruit finish.
